At KH TIME PIECES , we take pride in providing high-quality, custom-made jewellery and accessories. Due to the bespoke nature of our products, we have a strict no-refund and no-exchange policy. Please review our policy carefully before making a purchase.
Grillz
- All grillz are custom-made to fit each individual customer; therefore, they are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified, as the production process begins immediately.
Grillz Moulds
- For hygiene and health reasons, all grillz mould kits are non-refundable.
- If you experience any issues with your mould, please contact us before sending it back to ensure accuracy and a proper fit.
Custom Jewellery & Watches
- All custom jewellery and watches, rings and Van Cleef items purchased through us are final sale and non-refundable.
- This includes any pieces that have been personalised, engraved, or made to order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect due to an error on our part, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will assess the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.
- Proof of the issue, such as photos or videos, may be required for review.
Order Cancellations
- Once an order has been placed for a custom item, it cannot be cancelled as work begins immediately.
